		<description>way to go.  i was in Taiwan last year, it was great great great for cycling. the dedicated bike lanes close to the rivers  that run the length of Taipei. start at the far mountains end of Taipei, then ride without cars next to you for the full length of the city, until you can touch the sea.   and the &quot;off the beaten track rides&quot;, high up in the mountains and hills , with those great narrow and seldom used roads where the beautiful Buddhist temples sit surrounding Taipei..  it was incredible.   I will never forget Taiwan.
