Welcome to the blogosphere! Or, as it was called in an article in BR&IN last year (that I was in), the Bikeosphere.

I am truly thrilled to see that Interbike has an offical blog and I am really looking forward to seeing how things develop. This is very exciting for somebody who loves the industry and Interbike as much as I do.

Thank you for doing this and keep the posts coming!

While I think it’s exiciting that the Interbike crew has started a blog, it’s disappointing that there isn’t something more being offered to the attendees to address what’s happening in the exploding cycling blog community.

When a fellow well-established blogger asked the Interbike staff about doing some sort of panel discussion on the topic, the word that came back to him was “it would be tough to do anything official for bloggers”.

I think it would be a very forward thinking move to provide the attendees with a chance to hear from the experience of bloggers with large followings such as Tim Jackson, Jon Maus, Graham Tracey and myself.

We are still three months out from the big event… is there seriously nowhere in the schedule to put together something for people to come hear what’s happening in the huge arena of blogs?
